"Better than what I was expecting. After getting sick and tired of paying for renewal fees on other insurance, even though there was no lapse, I finally broke down to look for another car insurance company. Of course I have heard of State Farm, who hasn't, but I recall years ago looking into it, and it being a lot or kind of expensive, but I decided to get a quote. To my surprise and happiness, the quote was about 100$ less than my current insurance company i have been using for 5+ years, for the same coverage. The next day a rep from this location called me to make sure I did not need any help or anything, and I ended up getting Renters insurance too, on top of car insurance and still paying about 100$ less than what I was. Super helpful, and had a great experience just looking at and getting a new policy. I can see myself with this company for my insurance needs for many years to come! I would like to say if you have insurance, get a quote and see about State Farm, it may pleasantly surprise you!"

"Barbara is incredible to work with and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She's always so responsive and truly cares about her clients. My wife had a very bad accident and her car was totaled Barbara took care of all of our needs no questions asked. Additionally, we had severe weather related damage on our roof and she was there every step of the way to help us navigate the repairs and issues with our roofing contractors. If you are in Tennessee and need an insurance agent she's the best there is."
